Payment: Must be made by 10:00 PM on the same day of booking. If not, the test date will be cancelled.

Test Dates: You are responsible for changing or cancelling your driving test before the final date allowed by the DVSA.

Welcome to Early Access Driving LTD (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Our Service

• We specialise in helping customers find and secure earlier driving test dates.
  
• We act as a booking assistance service only and do not guarantee that a test date will be found.
  

2. Payments

• Payment must be made by 10:00 PM on the same day of booking to confirm our service.
  
• If payment is not received by the deadline, the test date will be cancelled.
  
• All payments must be completed through the methods we provide.
  

3. No Guarantee of Test Dates

• We cannot guarantee that an earlier test date will be available.
  
• Availability of test slots depends entirely on the DVSA (or relevant authority).
  

4. Cancellations & Changes

• We are not liable if the DVSA or relevant authority changes or cancels your test date.
  
• You are responsible for changing or cancelling your driving test before the final date allowed by the DVSA.
  
• We will not issue refunds for cancellations or changes made by the DVSA.
  

5. Liability
We are not responsible for:

• Cancellations or rescheduling by the DVSA.
  
• Delays or failures outside of our control.
  
• Any driving test outcomes or results.
